Santogold - Lights Out (Tepr Emo Remix)
I wasn’t a big fan of Santigold when a girlfriend of mine put me on to her back in the day. Aside from the overproduced/robotic sounding vocal performances, she reminded too much of a Gwen Stefani wanna-be and though I’ve come to overlook that, it’s almost impossible to ignore. I mean what New Yorker do you know with that accent? Then I actually listened in and noticed she was talking about some cool stuff and I actually started enjoying her music. Anyways, enough rambling, this is a phenomenal remix, hope you enjoy.
