Jacques Renault – Look At You (GRVRBBRS Re-work)

BANDS

Let’s keep the weekend party music going, this time with GRVRBBRS classy remix of Jaques Renault’s Look At You. The song starts with sultry vocals repeating Look At You. You immediately drift off to somewhere exotic reminiscent of a 007 film. I picture myself dressed to the nines out and about somewhere chic, super sexy and cool at the bar grabbing a drink as I turn to look over my shoulder and she walks in…

Bright red dress, tall slender brunette with the most amazing smile. You look right at her eyes as she catches your glimpse, scans the room, and quickly catches your eyes again before you retreat, with a smile. As she walks over to your side of the room you anticipate that very first “Hello”… Much to your satisfaction a cheeky English accented “hello” is what you are greeted with and to all of this, the night has just begun. Seems like the Look At You’s at the very beginning were more of a stutter step in awe of her beauty than the smooth spy tone after all.

Throw on your newest and proudest dancing shoes and get ready to paint the town red. That’s the vibe that this GRVRBBRS (Grave Robbers) rework will give you from start to finish. The song screams city nights with a sexy set of disco synths that will have your head bopping uncontrollable and your energy and vibe feeling just right.

If you can catch these guys live go check them out. The Berlin duo’s live show is rumored to be quite the dance filled set boasting live bass and guitars along with the usual computer and keyboard synth setup. Sounds interesting. Shout out to the GRVRBBRS (Grave Robbers) for providing some good reworking to Jacques Renault’s Look At You that tucks itself in seamlessly into any day and night time feel-good dance music play lists out there.
